Shipping & Returns
Shipping of the Order in Spain and the Balearic Islands
As a general rule, in the peninsula orders are sent within 48-72 hours following receipt of payment if it is in advance, or from receipt of the order if you enjoy special conditions. Shipments will be through REDUR, TXT, DASHER or PALLETWAYS depending on the volume of the order or the destination to which it is directed.
Shipping will be free on orders of more than €200 + VAT for the peninsula and €400 + VAT for the Balearic Islands.
If there are shipping costs, these include handling and packaging costs. We advise you to group all your items in the same order, due to the preparation process we cannot combine two different orders therefore shipping costs will be applied to each one individually.
For EXW shipments, postage will always be due and will depend on the weight and volume of the specific order. For these cases the client can hire transportation if they wish.
If you have limitations to receive large volumes (pallet height, limited access, etc.), please indicate what these limitations are in the order observations.
Shipping in the rest of the European Union
Shipments in the rest of the European community will depend on the country and region to which it is sent, they will take between 5 to 12 days and shipping will be free from €1,000.
For special EXW volume orders, deliveries will be arranged by the client and CPA, and the order will be available for preparation and delivery to transport upon payment by advance transfer.
Delivery and Return
We are not responsible for any damage to merchandise after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. If you have an incident with the delivery, please document it as best as possible, read the return conditions.
