To return defective merchandise purchased at CPA Distributor, it must be notified within 14 business days through our customer service email. This email must indicate in the subject that it is an INCIDENCE and in the text you must indicate your order number, the product reference and a description of the damage it presents. It is recommended to attach one or more photographs of the defective product to avoid delays in resolving your incident. CPA Distributor will not accept any return of merchandise in our warehouses that has not been previously authorized.
